Cisco Enhances Webex Contact Center with AI-Powered Solutions
Cisco has unveiled advanced AI-powered solutions for its Webex Contact Center, announced in a press release. These enhancements include the new Webex AI Quality Management tool, set to launch in early 2026, which aims to unify quality management across contact centers by providing supervisors with actionable insights and real-time coaching.
The Webex AI Agent and Cisco AI Assistant are now generally available, offering faster resolutions and improved service quality. Additionally, Cisco has expanded its integrations with Salesforce, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Epic, aiming to unify data and workflows for seamless customer journeys.
Cisco is also planning to expand its Webex ecosystem into new markets, including India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with locally hosted solutions to improve call quality and ensure secure, reliable experiences.
