CINC Systems Names Mike Mauseth President and COO

Mike Mauseth will oversee product, engineering and client operations as CINC Systems expands its community management platform and AI tools.

CINC Systems appoints Mike Mauseth as president and chief operating officer, the company said in a press release. Mauseth joined on August 31 and reports to CEO Ryan Davis.

Mauseth previously led Buildium, Propertyware and HomeWiseDocs at RealPage. At CINC, he will align product, engineering and client operations as the company expands its community management platform.

The appointment follows CINC's introduction of Community Intelligence, its approach to AI for community management powered by Cephai. CINC is also adding one login, universal navigation and global search across its platform.
