ChatGPT's growth trajectory has been remarkable, with the platform previously reaching 700 million weekly active users in August. The tool processes over 6 billion tokens per minute on its API, showcasing its extensive use in various applications.

During the keynote, Altman also introduced new tools for building apps within ChatGPT, aiming to create interactive, adaptive, and personalized applications. These developments are part of OpenAI's broader strategy to expand its AI infrastructure and capabilities.
