Cendyn Introduces Wayfinder to Track Hotel Visibility Across AI Platforms

June 15, 2026
Cendyn has launched Wayfinder, a GEO analytics and LLM monitoring tool integrated into its CMS to help hotels measure and maintain visibility across AI models such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

Cendyn announced in a press release the launch of Wayfinder, a GEO analytics and large language model monitoring platform integrated into its CMS. The tool is designed to help hotels measure and maintain their visibility across AI models including Gemini by Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

Wayfinder runs simulated prompts across major AI platforms to assess a hotel's presence and content accuracy. It identifies when AI responses begin to drift from verified information and alerts marketing teams to correct inconsistencies. The system generates agent directives with property details and schema recommendations to ensure that hotel information remains accurate and discoverable.

The platform provides GEO health and content accuracy scores within the Cendyn CMS, allowing hotels to track visibility, rate parity, and content consistency. It also includes competitive analysis tools that highlight content gaps compared to other hotels in the same market.

Wayfinder follows Cendyn's earlier release of AI Connect, expanding the company’s AI infrastructure to support hotels in maintaining control of their digital presence across both human and AI search channels.
