Caylent Named Major Player in IDC Cloud Services Assessment

Oct 1, 2026
IDC positioned Caylent as a Major Player in its 2026 assessment of worldwide cloud professional services providers.

Caylent says IDC positioned it as a Major Player in its 2026 assessment of worldwide cloud professional services providers, as the company stated in an announcement. The assessment evaluated 27 vendors using qualitative and quantitative criteria covering services, capabilities, strategies and market performance.

IDC cited Caylent's Anthropic partnership and its engineering accelerator based on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. The assessment described Caylent as an AWS specialist building AI agents for production systems, while noting that the company has fewer employees than larger providers that support multiple cloud platforms.

Caylent introduced its Anthropic Consulting and Engineering practice in April 2026. It launched Caylent Accelerate for Agentic Cloud Operations in June, using AI agents to support infrastructure, data, applications and cloud operations on AWS.
