Cato Networks Joins OpenAI Daybreak Cyber Partner Program
Cato Networks has joined the OpenAI Daybreak Cyber Partner Program announced in a press release. The partnership aims to integrate OpenAI's cyber capabilities into enterprise defense workflows through industry collaborations.
Through the Daybreak initiative, Cato will work with OpenAI to move from internal testing to deployment in products and services used by enterprises. The collaboration will focus on defensive use cases where Cato's network security platform can provide visibility, context, and control to strengthen protection against threats. Both companies will also cooperate on safety and abuse prevention standards, including monitoring for unsanctioned activity.
Cato stated that its platform architecture enables organizations to view and manage activity across users, devices, and applications while enforcing unified policies. The company recently reduced its time to protect against new vulnerabilities to 45 minutes using AI assisted mitigation, demonstrating the operational speed of its cloud architecture combined with AI capabilities.
By joining the program, Cato becomes part of a growing group of organizations exploring how frontier AI can support defenders and improve enterprise cybersecurity.
