Carrier Ventures Invests in Net Feasa for Real-Time Cold Chain Visibility at Sea
Carrier Global Corporation announced that its venture arm, Carrier Ventures, has made a strategic investment in Net Feasa, a company specializing in wireless IoT connectivity and vessel network technology. The partnership aims to deliver real-time visibility for refrigerated containers during maritime transport, announced in a press release.
The investment will integrate Net Feasa’s Vessel Control Tower technology with Carrier Transicold’s BluEdge Partner Reseller Channel and the Carrier Lynx Fleet platform. This integration is designed to provide continuous monitoring and data transmission for containers across international waters, addressing one of the last blind spots in global logistics visibility.
Net Feasa’s dual-mode vessel networks comply with maritime cybersecurity and radio standards, ensuring secure data exchange across territorial and international shipping lanes. The collaboration expands Carrier’s connected cold chain capabilities to include mixed-fleet monitoring, advanced wireless networks, and AI-driven analytics to support data-based decision-making for shipping lines.
