Camtek Receives Over $105 Million in Orders for AI Inspection Systems
Camtek Ltd. announced in a press release that it has received new multi-system orders totaling more than $105 million for its inspection and metrology equipment used in AI applications.
The company secured a $55 million order from a tier-1 outsourced semiconductor assembly and test provider that supports AI device production. It also received additional orders exceeding $50 million, all for its Hawk inspection systems, from a major high bandwidth memory manufacturer focused on AI-related products.
Camtek stated that all systems from these orders are scheduled for delivery in 2027. CEO Rafi Amit said the orders reflect continued momentum in demand for advanced inspection and metrology solutions across 2.5D and 3D device manufacturing for AI applications.
