Cambridge Heartwear secured a £184 million NHS tender for HeartSense, a reusable ECG wearable that combines multiple channel monitoring, AI analysis and wireless charging.

Cambridge Heartwear secured a £184 million tender with the NHS Supply Chain for its HeartSense ECG wearable, the company announced in a press release. The agreement allows NHS Integrated Care Boards to deploy the device across primary and secondary care.

HeartSense combines multiple channel ECG monitoring, adaptive AI and wireless charging in a reusable device. It sends continuous ECG data to a mobile phone, allowing patients to record heart rhythm information outside hospitals and share it with clinicians.

The device is UKCA approved and manufactured in Britain. Cambridge Heartwear said an application for FDA 510(k) clearance is in progress.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
