Callidus Legal AI Rebrands as StrongSuit, Launches AI-Powered Legal Research Platform
Callidus Legal AI has officially rebranded as StrongSuit, introducing a new AI-powered legal research platform with significant feature updates, announced in a press release.
The rebrand includes the launch of StrongSuit’s automated case validation tool, designed to verify whether cited legal precedents remain valid. This feature automates a process that traditionally required attorneys to manually confirm case status, often taking several hours per document.
StrongSuit’s updated platform also includes an enhanced legal research engine, improved workflows across common litigation tasks, and a proprietary database of 11 million cases. The platform’s new AI architecture supports deeper research insights and faster analysis, while a built-in oral argument simulator allows attorneys to test arguments before an AI judge.
The company recently opened a San Francisco office, expanded its team by 20 employees, and now serves over 1,000 customers nationwide. Earlier this year, StrongSuit secured $10 million in new funding and was named “Overall Legal Research Solution of the Year” by LegalTech Breakthrough.
