Caddi Launches Agent Builder for Back Office AI Agents
Caddi announced in a press release an AI agent that builds and governs other AI agents for back office work at wealth management firms, law firms, and insurance companies. The agent reads existing business systems, identifies repetitive processes, and ranks them by frequency and cost.
The product uses Loop Studio, a design canvas where a worker demonstrates a process by sharing their screen. During the session, the agent suggests changes, stops when it finds ambiguity, and turns the worker's answers into rules for the agent.
Caddi said its agents use AI when judgment is needed and deterministic code for other steps. Each run creates a replayable record, and managers can view all agents in one place.
The company said the agent and Loop Studio are available now. Caddi also said the platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant and connects to more than 100 business applications.
