
Brown Bacon AI and Ashland Brewing Launch AI-Driven Brewery
In a press release, Brown Bacon AI announced its partnership with Ashland Brewing Company to launch the world's first brewery utilizing generative AI for customer and server assistance. The new platform, SomAI, combines hospitality expertise with AI technology to provide real-time, personalized recommendations for food, beverages, and cigar pairings.
Located in Ashland, Nebraska, Ashland Brewing Company's 15,000 sq ft facility will implement SomAI to enhance tableside recommendations, staff training, social media automation, and AI-driven gaming. The platform also supports pickleball court operations and offers an innovative AI-enhanced cigar pairing feature.
Tony Arnold, CEO of Brown Bacon AI, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting its potential to transform hospitality. Tim Uryasz, Owner/Operator of Ashland Brewing Company, noted that SomAI will assist in decision-making, process creation, marketing, training, and quality control, while also addressing allergy sensitivities, dietary needs, and multilingual capabilities.
