Brand Engagement Network Files Q2 Report After Cataneo Acquisition
Brand Engagement Network, Inc. filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter and six month period ended June 30, 2026, and completed its acquisition of Cataneo, the company said in a press release.
The company acquired 100% of Cataneo, a media and advertising technology company based in Germany, on June 30. The stated aggregate consideration under the agreement was $19.5 million.
Brand Engagement Network said total assets increased to $30.7 million at June 30, from $15.3 million at Dec. 31, 2025. The increase was driven mainly by about $10.8 million of goodwill and other intangible assets tied to Cataneo. Shareholders' equity rose to $19.4 million from $3.5 million.
The company also formed INTERVENT Health AI, Inc., a 50/50 joint venture with INTERVENT International, LLC, to develop and sell AI powered health coaching and chronic disease management solutions. Brand Engagement Network plans to host an earnings call on Aug. 27, 2026, at 10 a.m. PST and 1 p.m. EST.
