Brand Engagement Network Signs $5 Million AI Licensing Deal in Latin America

Brand Engagement Network has finalized a $5 million exclusive AI licensing partnership with SKYE Inteligencia LATAM, granting rights to deploy its AI technology in Latin American and Spanish government sectors.

Brand Engagement Network, Inc. has completed a $5 million exclusive AI licensing partnership with SKYE Inteligencia LATAM, announced in a press release. The agreement, effective October 30, 2025, includes a preferred equity contribution from SKYE LATAM to Brand Engagement Network, which will be recognized as IP licensing revenue.

Under the terms, Brand Engagement Network will hold a 25% common stock ownership stake and one board seat in SKYE LATAM, along with a 35% revenue share on software, SaaS, services, and subscriptions across industries. The deal grants SKYE LATAM exclusive rights to deploy Brand Engagement Network’s AI technology in government sectors across Latin America and Spain, and non-exclusive rights in other verticals.

The partnership will use Brand Engagement Network’s proprietary Engagement Language Model and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to deliver compliant, localized AI solutions for both public and private sectors. The companies stated that the collaboration aligns with regional data sovereignty regulations, including Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data and Brazil’s LGPD.

This marks Brand Engagement Network’s first major international licensing agreement, expanding its presence in regulated markets such as healthcare, insurance, and financial services.
