Blend360 plans to expand its Forward Deployed AI Engineer group from 500 people to 750 by 2027 through its ForwardAI Academy, global hiring, and targeted acquisitions.

Blend360 plans to expand its Forward Deployed AI Engineer group from 500 people to 750 by 2027, a 50 percent increase, the company announced in a press release.

The company said the group is the senior tier of its AI engineering and science organization, which has 1,000 people globally. Blend360 said the engineers are embedded in client environments and work on moving AI projects from pilots into production.

The expansion will use Blend360's ForwardAI Academy, global hiring, and targeted acquisitions. The company said every engineer in the group is certified in AI engineering and works on live Fortune 1000 client engagements.

Blend360 also said its model has produced an 80 percent proof of concept to production conversion rate and a five year average Net Promoter Score of 77.
