Blaize and Reach Digital have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at GITEX GLOBAL 2025 in Dubai to develop sovereign AI infrastructure across the Middle East, announced in a press release.

The partnership combines Blaize’s hybrid edge-AI platform with Reach Digital’s expertise in digital transformation and regional infrastructure. The initiative aims to create interconnected AI ecosystems supporting government, smart cities, critical infrastructure, industrial automation, and mobility sectors.

The agreement, signed on October 14, 2025, represents a commitment to advance AI capabilities that enable sustainable digital transformation and national technology growth. Blaize said the collaboration extends its edge-AI innovation to real-world applications, while Reach Digital emphasized the alliance’s role in driving integrated, cross-sector digital transformation across the region.

Blaize, headquartered in California, provides edge and data center AI processing solutions through its programmable processor architecture and low-code software platform. Reach Digital operates as the digital transformation division of Reach Group, a subsidiary of International Holding Company.
