Blackbaud has released its 2025 Impact Report, outlining its progress in responsible AI governance, sustainability, and employee engagement. The report highlights the company's carbon neutrality achievement and expanded oversight through a new AI Council.

Blackbaud has released its 2025 Impact Report, announced in a press release, presenting updates on its environmental, social, and governance performance. The report focuses on how the company is aligning innovation with responsible practices as AI adoption expands.

The report highlights that in 2025 more than 100 billion dollars was raised, granted, or managed through Blackbaud platforms globally. The company achieved full carbon neutrality for its 2025 emissions and reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 86 percent compared to 2020 levels. It also reported that 75 percent of employees participated in volunteer activities during the year.

Blackbaud introduced annual cybersecurity and responsible AI training for all employees and established a cross functional AI Council to oversee responsible use of AI across the enterprise. The council aims to strengthen accountability and transparency in product development and operations.
