BIT Mining Limited will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange as SOLAI Limited under the ticker SLAI on October 20, 2025, reflecting its strategic shift toward AI and blockchain technology.

BIT Mining Limited will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the new name SOLAI Limited and ticker symbol SLAI effective October 20, 2025, announced in a press release. The company's American Depositary Shares will continue trading with the same CUSIP number, and shareholders are not required to take any action.

The rebranding aligns with the company's pivot toward artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. SOLAI plans to leverage its blockchain and data infrastructure expertise to improve on-chain efficiency and expand its presence within the Solana and other blockchain ecosystems. The company is also developing operations in stablecoins, payment infrastructure, and Solana treasury and staking services.

Historical trading data for the company's shares before October 20, 2025, may still appear under the previous name and symbol, BIT Mining Limited (BTCM), on some third-party platforms.
