Biolevate Integrates NVIDIA BioNeMo Toolkit for AI Drug Discovery

June 26, 2026
Biolevate is integrating NVIDIA BioNeMo Agent Toolkit and GPU-optimized pipelines into its OCEAN technology stack to enhance AI-based drug discovery workflows and improve RNA model predictions.

Biolevate announced in a press release that it is integrating the NVIDIA BioNeMo Agent Toolkit and GPU optimized pipelines into its drug discovery technology stack. The Paris-based company aims to expand its agentic discovery roadmap and strengthen its OCEAN platform, which supports workflows across scientific literature, biological knowledge graphs, computational models, and experimental processes.

The integration builds on Biolevate's use of NVIDIA accelerated computing to fine-tune AI agents for clinical and regulatory applications. The company is now developing advanced RNA-focused models to improve predictions of non-coding RNA folding and hybridization, which could enhance patient stratification and precision medicine.

Biolevate also plans to align parts of its OCEAN stack with NVIDIA Nemotron and BioNeMo open source models. This step is expected to make its platform more interoperable within the broader research ecosystem and support the creation of agentic AI systems capable of reasoning across biological data and experimental workflows.
