Axtria Secures $240 Million Investment from Kedaara Capital
Axtria and Kedaara Capital have announced the successful completion of a $240 million transaction, announced in a press release. This transaction is structured as a combination of secondary investment and company-sponsored buyback, providing liquidity to Axtria's current and former employees, as well as early investors.
The investment underscores Kedaara's commitment to high-quality businesses and highlights Axtria's role in the intersection of AI, innovation, and global life sciences transformation. Axtria, founded in 2010, supports 18 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies and over 100 firms across 75 countries with its AI-led solutions.
Axtria's platform portfolio includes Axtria InsightsMAx.ai, which offers over 30 ready-to-deploy agents, apps, and APIs to help life sciences companies transition from experimentation to scaled AI deployment. This investment marks one of the largest employee-centric liquidity events in the industry, reflecting Axtria's commitment to recognizing and rewarding its workforce.
