AutoTrust AI says its ScienceGuru research system recorded leading or faster results across four public recursive self improving AI benchmarks in September 2026.

AutoTrust AI said in a press release that its ScienceGuru research system recorded leading or faster results across four public recursive self improving AI benchmarks in September 2026. The system scored 0.8895 validation bits per byte on Autoresearch@Home and posted a validated score of 0.6597 on MedARC NanoPath v2.

ScienceGuru also completed the NanoGPT Speedrun in 24.90 seconds, compared with the official record of 67.56 seconds. It trained a GPT-2 grade model in 72.24 minutes, compared with an official record of about 99 minutes. AutoTrust said both speedrun results were self reported and had not yet been reviewed by the benchmark maintainers.

The system proposed, implemented and tested the methods used for the benchmarks, while researchers set objectives and provided computing resources. AutoTrust published code and verification materials on GitHub. ScienceGuru is available for macOS and Windows.
