ATTOM Intelligence includes a redesigned digital interface and updated data framework that enable users to explore datasets, understand data relationships, and apply insights within analytics and AI workflows. The company has reintroduced its Table of Data Elements as a visual map showing how property data and analytics are interconnected.

At the core of the framework is ATTOM’s AI Ready Property Data, which combines property, ownership, mortgage, market, and risk information into structured datasets engineered for machine learning and application development. These datasets are delivered through APIs, cloud platforms, and the MCP Server for real time data access.

The company has also organized its analytics into categories such as Valuation Analytics, Property Risk Analytics, Market and Location Analytics, and Research Tools. This organization aims to make it easier for customers to navigate offerings and connect data to practical use cases.
