Athena Agentic Acquires Maxxsure for Cyber Risk Scoring
Athena Agentic has acquired Maxxsure, a cyber risk quantification and cyber insurance analytics company, announced in a press release. The transaction was effective June 5, 2026, and terms were not disclosed.
Maxxsure was founded in 2016 and operates the M-Score platform, which measures organizational cyber risk in financial terms. The platform uses data from internal operations, external exposure, and third party vendor activity to produce risk scores tied to potential financial loss.
Athena Agentic plans to integrate Maxxsure technology into the Athena Unified Cyber Operations Platform. Existing Maxxsure customers will continue to receive product support during the integration.
