Astreya has released a suite of enterprise AI agents and automation assessments across multiple marketplaces, including ServiceNow and Databricks, to help organizations accelerate AI adoption and operational efficiency.

Astreya has introduced a new portfolio of enterprise AI agents and assessment tools aimed at enhancing automation and operational efficiency, announced in a press release. The company has made its AI agents available across multiple marketplaces, including the ServiceNow Store and Databricks Marketplace, as part of its initiative to make AI adoption faster and more accessible for enterprises.

On the ServiceNow Store, Astreya has released four production-ready AI solutions powered by 21 specialized agents. These include TicketLens, which delivers unified insights across incidents and linked records; Astraix, a proactive IT assistant that analyzes images and recommends actions; Attachment Summarizer, which extracts key points from ticket attachments; and Intelligent Knowledge Builder & Optimizer, which automates knowledge article management. The company is offering these AI solutions free for an initial period of three to six months to encourage early adoption and feedback.

Astreya has also launched Data Trust and Stats Intelligence (DTSi) on the Databricks Marketplace. Powered by five Gemini-enabled AI agents, DTSi applies advanced analytical and statistical techniques to help teams convert unstructured data into actionable intelligence. The release marks Astreya’s recognition as a validated Databricks Data Partner.

To support enterprise readiness for automation, Astreya introduced the AI Automation Readiness, Maturity & Coverage Assessment, along with RapidPulse, a five-minute self-assessment tool. These frameworks help organizations evaluate AI maturity and identify areas for improvement. The company continues to expand its global AI research and development through its Enterprise AI Innovation Center in Hyderabad, which focuses on developing deployable enterprise-grade AI solutions.
