Artlist and Secret Level Partner with Steven Schneider for AI Hybrid Horror Film Terrarium
Artlist and Secret Level have partnered with horror producer Steven Schneider for a new AI hybrid feature film titled Terrarium, announced in a press release.
Schneider, known for producing the Paranormal Activity and Insidious franchises, joins Emmy-winning filmmaker Jason Zada, who is writing and directing the project. Terrarium is currently in production and will be a full-length horror feature that integrates AI technology with traditional filmmaking methods within a DGA and SAG-AFTRA-compliant framework.
The film is produced by Christina Lee Storm for Secret Level, with Artlist serving as financier and executive producer. The Artlist AI platform will be integrated into Secret Level's proprietary AI filmmaking pipeline, supporting a large-scale cinematic production.
This marks Artlist’s entry into feature film production, establishing its role at the intersection of technology and entertainment. Terrarium represents one of the first union-compliant AI-supported feature films in Hollywood, combining AI tools with human creative direction.
