ArisGlobal has announced in a press release that a sixth major pharmaceutical company has selected its LifeSphere NavaX platform to enhance case processing and pharmacovigilance operations. This adoption underscores the growing industry confidence in scalable, GenAI-enabled technologies.

The LifeSphere NavaX platform, a next-generation cognitive computing engine, is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in case processing. The company currently processes over 150,000 adverse event cases annually using its LifeSphere MultiVigilance platform. With NavaX, the organization aims to achieve up to 65% efficiency gains and 90% data accuracy in intake. The implementation is expected to go live in the fall of 2025.
