Argentum AI Signs $2.5 Billion Agreement for 300MW AI Data Center in Europe
Argentum AI has signed a $2.5 billion agreement with Boosteroid and DL Invest Group to build a 300 megawatt AI data center in Europe, announced in a press release. The facility will provide large-scale compute infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads, model training, and inference systems.
Under the agreement, Argentum AI will deploy institutional GPU infrastructure within a new high-density data center platform designed for extensive compute operations. The project will host tens of thousands of GPUs, including future NVIDIA GB300 systems, offering dedicated AI compute capacity for global enterprise clients.
The planned facility will include advanced cooling systems, redundant power architecture, and enterprise-grade network connectivity optimized for AI environments. Boosteroid will contribute operational expertise from its network of 29 data centers across Europe, North America, and South America.
DL Invest Group will oversee the real estate and infrastructure development, leveraging its integrated operating model that spans investment, power infrastructure, and long-term asset management. The collaboration aims to establish one of the largest independent AI compute deployments in Europe.
