AppWork Connects Inspection Data to Rely Audit Reports

Oct 8, 2026
AppWork and Rely have integrated their platforms to move property inspection data directly into multifamily audit reports.

AppWork and Rely integrated their platforms to connect property inspection data with multifamily audit reports, the companies said in a press release. The integration replaces manual transfers of inspection records between the two systems.

Maintenance technicians can collect details such as unit condition, pet charges and washer and dryer status in AppWork. After a client connects the platforms with a vendor token, that information flows into Rely's data room.

Rely combines the inspection records with leases, rent rolls, vendor contracts, financial documents and other property data to create source backed audit reports. The integration is available now at no additional cost to mutual clients.
