Aokah Earns HFS Hot Tech Recognition for AI Platform in GCC Services

May 28, 2026
HFS Research has named Aokah a Hot Tech Vendor for 2026, recognizing its AI platform that accelerates Global Capability Center setup from weeks to days and positions it as a leader in the emerging Services-as-Software category.

Aokah has been named a Hot Tech Vendor for 2026 by HFS Research, according to a press release. The firm cited Aokah as an early leader in shifting Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory from lengthy consulting cycles to AI-based decision intelligence completed in hours.

The recognition followed a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer’s use of Aokah’s platform to evaluate GCC location options. A process that previously required ten weeks of consultant analysis was completed in less than one week, verified by HFS Research.

Aokah’s platform includes three core modules: Explorer for GCC location intelligence and business case modeling, Builder for execution governance and milestone management, and Optimizer for ongoing performance improvement. Each module draws on proprietary data and workflows built from over 300 enterprise GCC programs.

HFS Research selected Aokah based on criteria including distinctiveness of offering, ecosystem strength, client impact, and measurable results. The analyst firm described Aokah as one of the first to combine GCC expertise with a Services as Software model, a category it expects to reshape enterprise technology and services spending over the next decade.
