Anthropic announced in a press release the launch of Claude for Small Business, a package of connectors and workflows designed to help smaller companies automate everyday tasks. The features are available through a toggle inside Claude Cowork, linking directly to tools such as Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

The suite includes 15 prebuilt workflows and 15 task-specific skills across finance, sales, marketing, human resources, and customer service. These allow users to plan payroll, reconcile accounts, manage invoices, and generate marketing campaigns. Each workflow requires user approval before execution, and existing permissions within connected applications remain in place.

Anthropic also launched AI Fluency for Small Business, a free online course created in partnership with PayPal. The course offers practical guidance for small business owners on how to safely and effectively apply AI in daily operations.

To promote adoption, the company is starting the Claude SMB Tour on May 14, with free half-day workshops for 100 local business leaders in each of ten cities, beginning in Chicago. Participants will receive a one-month Claude Max subscription to begin integrating AI into their processes.
