Anthropic Expected to Pitch $30 Trillion Market to Investors

Anthropic is likely to tell investors that its total addressable market is more than $30 trillion, according to The Wall Street Journal. The estimate would exceed the $28.5 trillion market figure listed by SpaceX before its IPO.

Total addressable market is the annual revenue a company could capture if it reached 100 percent market share in a defined market. Anthropic is using the full scope of work that could be done with AI models to calculate the figure.

The Claude maker is expected to release IPO financial disclosure documents in the next few weeks. That schedule could allow the company to go public as soon as September.
