Ambio raises €5.1 million for recycled plastics procurement platform
Ambio, a Helsinki based startup, raised €5.1 million to expand its AI procurement platform for recycled plastics, according to EU-Startups. The seed round was led by b2venture, with participation from Montis and existing investor Lifeline Ventures.
Founded in 2023 by Tommi Bergström and Elmo Pakkanen, Ambio manages procurement from material discovery and sampling through long term deliveries. Its system structures data on material quality, suppliers, prices and transaction outcomes to improve matching and quotes.
Ambio will use the funding to expand internationally and support more polymer types. The company qualifies materials through samples, documentation and defined quality protocols before connecting suppliers with industrial buyers.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
