Amap Launches Qianyu for No Code Location AI Agents

Amap announced in a press release the launch of Qianyu, a spatial intelligence platform for creating location based AI agents without coding. Introduced at the 2026 Apsara Conference in Hangzhou, Qianyu converts natural language prompts into tools for store selection, neighborhood analysis, demand heatmaps and fleet routing.

Qianyu organizes location information across points of interest, roads, buildings, regions and time series data. As of August 2026, it included more than 80 million points of interest, over 5 million kilometers of roads and 7,500 square kilometers of 3D models.

Amap also introduced spatial intelligence features for two wheel transport, including lane level guidance, traffic light countdowns and alerts for collision and door opening risks. Its spatial software supports Android, Linux, OpenHarmony and RTOS, while device integrations offer nearby place searches, directions through smart glasses and ride hailing from smartwatches.
