Alvys Launches Foundry AI Agent Platform for Freight Teams

August 18, 2026
Alvys has introduced Alvys Foundry, an agentic AI platform built into its transportation management system for freight carriers, brokers, and hybrid carrier brokers.

Alvys announced in a press release Alvys Foundry, an agentic AI platform for building and deploying AI agents inside its transportation management system. The platform is designed for freight carriers, brokers, and hybrid carrier brokers, and supports workflows such as detention tracking, status updates, document intake, and load building.

Alvys Foundry offers three adoption options: customer built agents, template agents, and custom agents built by Alvys. The platform includes more than 20 templates for common freight workflows, and Alvys engineers can work with customers that do not have internal engineering teams.

The company said Foundry runs on Alvys data infrastructure, more than 120 integrations, native EDI connections, and a SOC 2 compliant security foundation. It also includes Agent Shield, a governance layer that logs agent activity, makes actions traceable, and routes major decisions for human approval.

Alvys said its TMS will now be available to fleets of all sizes, including owner operators and smaller freight carriers. Foundry was first shown at the company Customer Advisory Board meeting on June 17, and the waitlist for its second customer cohort is now open.
