Alice raised $140 million in a round led by Apax Digital, bringing total funding to $280 million. The company says it is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue and works with 8 of the 10 leading AI model labs.

Alice, an AI trust, safety, and security company, raised $140 million in a funding round led by Apax Digital, the company announced in a press release. The round included MoreTech, Phoenix Financial, and existing investors, and brings Alice's total funding to $280 million.

Apax Digital will join the company's board. Alice says it is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue, its AI business has grown more than 500% over the past two years, and it works with 8 of the 10 leading AI model labs.

The company says its researchers work with labs including Anthropic, Google, and Cohere to test models before release by simulating malicious prompts and agent tasks. For deployed systems, Alice lets enterprises set policies for their organization, simulate attacks for compliance risks, data leaks, and unintended behavior, and monitor inputs and outputs in real time.

Alice, formerly ActiveFence, was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv. The company said the funding will support its AI platform, expand the team behind its Rabbit Hole dataset of adversarial and harmful content, and grow sales to model labs and enterprises.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
