Akto Unveils Agentic Security Platform for AI Agent Protection
Akto has launched the Agentic Security Platform, an end-to-end solution designed to protect enterprises from the risks associated with deploying autonomous AI agents, announced in a press release. The platform provides comprehensive visibility, continuous red teaming, and real-time guardrails to prevent AI agents from malfunctioning.
As enterprises increasingly adopt multi-step AI agents that interact with numerous APIs and sensitive data, traditional application security tools fall short in addressing new vulnerabilities such as prompt injection and unauthorized tool use. Akto's platform aims to fill this gap by offering three core components: Agentic Visibility & Discovery, Agentic Red Teaming, and Guardrails & Runtime Protection.
The company is collaborating with Fortune 500 organizations to secure their AI environments and will showcase the platform at the virtual Agentic Security Conference on September 30, 2025.
