AIxCrypto Changes Name and Nasdaq Ticker to FF EAI Robotics and FFR

AIxCrypto Holdings changed its name to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc., with its shares beginning Nasdaq trading under the FFR ticker on September 30.

AIxCrypto Holdings completed its planned name and Nasdaq ticker changes on September 30, adopting FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. and FFR, the company said in a press release.

The common stock began trading under FFR when the market opened. Shareholders do not need to take action, and the company's CUSIP number remains unchanged.

The new identity reflects the company's shift from digital assets toward intelligent mobility and robotics. It is also working to acquire Faraday Future's robotics business under a nonbinding term sheet, with completion subject to definitive agreements, approvals and other closing conditions.
