Agiloft has joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, announced in a press release. The program connects software vendors with AWS sales teams to jointly sell solutions that integrate with AWS services.

Through the ISV Accelerate Program, Agiloft will collaborate with AWS partners and field sellers to expand access to its data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. The company said this collaboration will help enterprises automate contract workflows, centralize contract data, and use embedded AI to improve review speed and compliance.

Agiloft’s participation required an architectural and security evaluation by AWS. The company’s CLM platform, used across industries including healthcare, financial services, and the public sector, is available globally and can now be purchased through the AWS Marketplace.
