AbbaDox AI has officially launched its fully integrated, SaaS-based AI care coordination platform, following successful pilot programs with major U.S. imaging centers. Announced in a press release, the platform significantly reduces data entry time by 67% and achieves an 86% conversion rate on Voice AI reminder calls.

The platform's Fax AI component demonstrated 96% accuracy in extracting patient demographics, completing tasks in two minutes compared to the six minutes required by manual teams. Additionally, the Voice AI feature placed over 2,300 reminder calls, securing confirmations from 1,035 patients in a single week.

AbbaDox AI's platform offers a comprehensive solution with AI-powered fax intake, conversational voice AI, seamless digital check-in, and automated follow-up recommendations. This unified approach facilitates faster adoption with out-of-the-box EHR/RIS integrations, eliminating the need for additional middleware. The platform is now available to all AbbaDox customers, who can contact the Client Services team for onboarding and support.
