zvoove Acquires Plan4Flex to Strengthen Dutch Market Presence
zvoove has acquired Plan4Flex, a specialized workforce management solution provider in the Netherlands, announced in a press release. This acquisition is part of zvoove's strategy to expand its market presence in the Dutch temporary staffing industry, particularly focusing on labor migrants.
Plan4Flex, founded in 2009, has become a market leader in workforce management for staffing agencies, with a strong emphasis on serving labor migrants. The company supports around 200 clients and employs a team of 34 experts. This acquisition will allow zvoove to offer integrated solutions that cover every aspect of the value chain for temporary staffing agencies in the Netherlands.
Oliver Muhr, CEO of zvoove, stated that the acquisition of Plan4Flex is a milestone in their strategic expansion, enhancing the benefits they provide to their customers. The acquisition is expected to close in the next two weeks, further solidifying zvoove's position as a trusted technology partner in the competitive Dutch market.
