Zensai Previews AI Employee Coach for Microsoft 365

Zensai is previewing an AI coach that uses learning, performance and engagement data to provide personalized workplace guidance within Microsoft 365.

Zensai said in a press release that it will unveil its Agentic Coach at HumanX Amsterdam, which runs from September 22 to 24. The product will enter pilot availability in the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by a broader release in the first quarter of 2027.

Agentic Coach will use learning, performance and engagement signals alongside data from Microsoft services to provide personalized guidance and suggested actions. It will operate within Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.

The standalone coaching product will complement Zensai's existing tools for learning, performance management, employee engagement, strategic insights and succession planning. Zensai offers its platform in Grow, Scale and Transform editions, with AI features included in each edition at no additional cost.
