ZenBusiness said in a press release that its AI assistant, Velo, has supported more than 1.5 million conversations with small business owners since its launch in July 2025. Over 500,000 of those interactions occurred in the past 30 days, reflecting continued growth in usage.

More than half of ZenBusiness customers have engaged with Velo, and 53 percent of users return within the same month. The company reported that 72 percent of customer needs are resolved without human handoff, while the remaining cases are directed to human agents when necessary.

ZenBusiness stated that Velo has helped double quarter over quarter sales assisted by the AI tool. The assistant connects to company data and services to help entrepreneurs with tasks such as compliance, filings, and product discovery.

The company expects Velo to evolve from a question answering assistant into a supervised autopilot capable of completing more business workflows directly within its platform.
