Yardi Publishes Matrix Connector on Anthropic Marketplace for Claude

Yardi has released the Yardi Matrix Connector on the Anthropic marketplace, giving real estate professionals access to market intelligence and portfolio data directly within Claude.

Yardi announced in a press release the release of the Yardi Matrix Connector on the Anthropic marketplace. This is the company's second MCP connector for Claude by Anthropic, following the Virtuoso Connector introduced earlier this year.

The Matrix Connector allows investors, lenders, and property managers to access Yardi Matrix data directly within Claude. Users can combine internal portfolio information with external market intelligence in a single workspace, enabling automated creation of reports such as investment memos and asset reviews.

According to Yardi, the connector supports the generation of derived metrics like capitalization rates and portfolio analytics, expanding the range of data-driven insights available to users. It is available as an add-on to Virtuoso Enterprise or as a standalone connector. The company is showcasing the tool at the NAA Apartmentalize conference.
