Xactus has acquired Mortgage Credit Link from MeridianLink and rebranded it as XedaLink, announced in a press release. XedaLink will operate as an independent subsidiary focused on streamlining credit and verification data ordering from application to closing.

The acquisition expands Xactus' technology portfolio while maintaining flexibility for lenders. XedaLink will continue to serve its current clients and partners, benefiting from Xactus' scale and infrastructure support.

According to Xactus, the move strengthens its ability to support varied client needs in the lending sector. The company stated that the subsidiary structure allows XedaLink to preserve its independent operations while contributing to Xactus' broader strategy of building a connected ecosystem for loan lifecycle support.

Xactus was advised by Kirkland & Ellis and McDonald Hopkins, with financing provided by JP Morgan. MeridianLink was advised by Raymond James and King & Spalding. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
