WorkWhile Integrates Mindy Team and Technology to Expand AI Workforce Automation

WorkWhile has licensed Mindy's technology and integrated its engineering team to accelerate AI agent adoption in enterprise workforce management. The move includes the creation of a Frontline Deployment Engineering team to embed AI automation within enterprise systems.

WorkWhile has licensed the technology assets of Mindy and integrated its technical team to enhance AI adoption in enterprise workforce management, announced in a press release. Mindy, known for its email based AI agent platform, will contribute its engineering expertise to expand WorkWhile's AI agent capabilities for labor intensive sectors.

As part of the transaction, Mindy's founders Yu Pan and Benoit Berthoux, along with their engineering team, will join WorkWhile's product and engineering divisions. The integration is intended to extend AI agents from digital workflows to front line operations, with a focus on automating tasks in human resources, compliance, and logistics.

WorkWhile also established a Frontline Deployment Engineering team to integrate AI workforce automation into enterprise infrastructures. This group will work directly with enterprise partners to design and scale tailored AI applications aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Mindy was founded in 2023 by Yu Pan and Benoit Berthoux and is backed by Sequoia Capital and Founders Fund. WorkWhile, supported by Khosla Ventures and Citibank Impact Fund, provides an AI based platform that helps businesses manage and optimize hourly workforces.
