WisdomAI Survey Finds AI Analytics Adoption Outpaces Trust

WisdomAI said in a press release that a survey of more than 200 North American data and analytics leaders found 93% are using or experimenting with AI in analytics, while only 7% have reached enterprise wide deployment.

The survey was conducted online in May 2026 among VP and C suite AI, analytics, and data leaders at organizations with at least $1 billion in annual revenue. Respondents came from sectors including healthcare, financial services, retail, and software.

WisdomAI said 81% of respondents still rely mainly on dashboards and one off requests to deliver insights. Only 19% said they are very confident in AI generated answers.

The report also found that 94% of surveyed leaders plan to change how they store and manage enterprise context in the next 12 to 18 months. Among organizations without a dedicated role for managing enterprise context, 33% have active job openings, while the rest plan to hire for the role within two years.
