Windward has launched its Maritime Intelligence Operations Center to deliver real-time, mission-ready maritime intelligence services for defense, commercial, and legal sectors.

Windward has launched the Maritime Intelligence Operations Center (MIOC) to provide mission-ready maritime intelligence services for defense, commercial, and legal organizations, announced in a press release. The center is designed to deliver real-time, decision-grade intelligence to support operations in complex maritime environments.

Powered by Windward’s patented Maritime AI, the MIOC uses an Agentic AI SOAR layer to automate investigations and reduce decision times by up to 80%. Its Multi-Domain Fusion model integrates data from imagery, digital signals, and RF spectrum sources to eliminate information silos. The center also employs proactive threat hunting based on behavioral patterns to identify emerging risks.

The MIOC offers capabilities including subsea infrastructure monitoring, multi-sensor fusion, investigative due diligence, forced labor and illegal fishing screening, environmental forensics, and legal incident reconstruction. Services are available by subscription for continuous monitoring or on an ad-hoc basis, delivered remotely or on-site within customer organizations.
