WhiteFiber has signed a five-year agreement worth over $160 million to provide AI compute infrastructure for an investment-grade technology customer in the Paris region. The deployment will use NVIDIA GPU systems and begin service in July 2026.

WhiteFiber has entered into a five-year agreement to provide AI compute infrastructure for an investment-grade technology customer, announced in a press release. The contract, valued at more than 160 million dollars, will support a deployment located in the Paris region using advanced NVIDIA GPU systems.

Service under the agreement is scheduled to begin in July 2026, pending final equipment delivery and acceptance milestones. WhiteFiber has also signed a binding term sheet for project-level financing expected to close in June 2026.

The project will be supported by customer prepayments, including 12 months of advance service fees, and through project-level financing. WhiteFiber has secured third-party data center capacity in France to host the infrastructure.
