Well Secures $30 Million to Enhance AI Health Engagement Platform
Well has secured $30 million in additional funding to accelerate its AI-powered health engagement system, announced in a press release. This new investment brings Well's total funding to over $150 million and will be used to expand the company's AI capabilities, enhance operational support, and improve risk prediction.
The funding round was supported by new strategic partners and existing lead investors. Well plans to further develop its AI algorithms to analyze real-time health data and deliver targeted daily interventions. Additionally, the company aims to enhance its concierge services and expand its Intervention Design Lab to rapidly test and deploy new engagement strategies.
Well's platform is designed to proactively predict and address emerging health risks within employee populations, with a focus on personalized interventions. The company reports impressive engagement metrics, including an average of 300 interactions per member annually and a 90 Net Promoter Score (NPS).
