WedgeHR Secures Strategic Investment to Enhance Video Hiring Platform
WedgeHR has announced the successful close of its latest funding round, as stated in a press release. This strategic investment round is led by a group of HR tech operators, franchising leaders, and growth-focused investors, aiming to accelerate WedgeHR's mission to simplify and humanize hiring processes.
The investment round includes notable participants such as former Terryberry executives Scott VanderLeek, Mike Byam, and David Beemer, franchising expert Kristi Mailloux, and operational scale strategist Todd Recknagel. These individuals, along with investor Sam Shooster, have joined the WedgeHR Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience in scaling performance-based HR solutions and venture capital.
Additionally, WedgeHR has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Aaron Schaap as Chief Operating Officer and Scott VanderLeek as Chief Sales Officer. The new capital will be used to fuel product-led growth initiatives, deepen integrations with top ATS and HR platforms, and accelerate revenue through various channel partnerships.
